FLAMECHECK M-111

Flamecheck International Ltd has supplied this proven product to theaters and movie production sets world wide for over 25 years, M-111 is the most tested and proven universal flame retardant on the market today. M-111 is completely non-toxic, non-corrosive, non odorous, non hydroscopic, will not salt out like other fire retardants and provides unsurpassed Class A flame retardant protection on any absorbent surface, substance or material. Flamecheck M-111 is safe for the environment and has proven to be safe around animals and humans. Some examples of materials that can be treated include cotton, poly cotton, synthetics, natural synthetic blends, wood, paper, carpet, uniforms, foam rubber, stage sets or any other finished products that have an absorbent surface. One US Gallon of M-111 covers between 350—500 sq ft (depending upon the substrate being treated) to achieve a class A fire rating.

FLAMECHECK FIF SPAR VARNISH

Flamecheck FIF Spar varnish comes in both water based and solvent based forms. The solvent based FIF Flame Retardant Spar Varnish is used mostly for wood finishing but can be used on any surface both absorbent or non absorbent such as Plastic, Vinyl, PVC. FIF dries to a completely clear non tacky finish that allows the substrate to flex and bend without flaking or peeling. The Flamecheck FIF Spar Varnish will expand and contract with the weather and impart UV protection, Hail resistance and provides a permanent flame retardant protection to treated surface. When applied properly, Flamecheck FIF achieves a Class A fire rating. Flamecheck FIF can be applied over wood that has had preservatives applied such as Linseed Oil.

FLAMECHECK PAINT-X

Flamecheck Paint X is a superior external oil based paint. Flamecheck Paint-X is suitable for all paint-able surfaces, both interior and exterior that may require a Class A fire regulation standard. Independent laboratory tests have proven this product gives a Class A rating with 0 flame spread and 0 smoke in the E84 Steiner Tunnel Test when applied with a four mil coating. This paint complies with the US Government standard TTP 26 C. We supply Flamecheck Paint-X as either tintable or can make your own custom color. One US Gallon covers approximately 500 sq ft at 1 mil.

FLAMECHECK PAINT-IN

Flamecheck Paint-IN is a high quality fire retardant paint. Flamecheck Paint-IN is used for all interior surfaces that will not be subject to external weathering. Flamecheck Paint IN is a water based product that achieves a Class A fire rating as tested to the NFPA E-84 09a Steiner Tunnel Test. This product can be made in Matt, semi-gloss, or Gloss finishes. One US Gallon covers approximately 575 sq ft. at one mill coating. When applied as per our instructions Flamecheck Paint IN achieves a Class A fire rating.

Paint-PLUS

Flamecheck Paint-PLUS is a Fire Retardant additive that can be added to all oil based paints and will render them unable to support combustion. Flamecheck Paint-PLUS will not alter the original color of the paint and will not adversely affect the look or feel of the dried paint. It is recommended that Japan drier be added to assist in the drying and the hardness of the finished paint. Add one quart to each gallon of paint.

This solvent fire retardant formula is specifically designed to treat natural wood products such as Cedar Roof shakes, wooden fences, Wooden side panels, natural roofing materials such as palm leaves used to build “tiki” huts. Flamecheck FIF All Weather withstands rain, and gives hail protection and imparts good UV protection. Flamecheck FIF All Weather also helps prevent mold, wood rot and insect infestation. When applied properly Flamecheck FIF All Weather Coating achieves a Class A fire rating.
